Description
The sketchbook "sloping edge" is slightly sloped at the lower edge during the manufacturing process, so it stands open without further support. The hand-bound "Bauhaus-Bindewerk-Edition" is a thread-stitched book block made of pure white 120 gram paper, perforated pages and a cover of black cardboard with black rubber. It is reminiscent of the three locations of the important school of architecture and design.
A few years ago, in cooperation with the Bauhaus Transferzentrum DESIGN in Weimar, a simple and factual book series was created that now has a respectable fan base.
The hand-made sketchbooks and notebooks have a black cardboard cover, a black linen back and a black round rubber closure. On the front cover of the book there is a blind embossed three-line history with the most important stages in the history of the Bauhaus. The thread-stitched book block is made of pure white, 120 g sketch paper. Thanks to a perforation, individual sheets can be cut out; an angular cut of 5 degrees at the lower edge allows the books to be placed open, slightly inclined backwards.
Three blank formats are available.
