Description
Two years later, the pioneer of industrial design Wilhelm Wagenfeld created this floor lamp to match the popular table lamp. The new edition of the lamp, which was created in 1930, now has a heat-resistant plastic shade covered with fabric (chintz). This only reedition protected by copyright and authorised by Prof. Wilhelm Wagenfeld bears the Tecnolumen logo.
WG 27 - from the 30s to the new millennium. One could reduce the long way of the WG 27 table lamp to the essentials in this or a similar way. The WG 27, designed by Wilhelm Wagenfeld around 1930 and recognizably influenced by the Bauhaus style, has defied time and is still available today. This is due in part to the manufacturer Tecnolumen, who considered the design to be timeless and therefore did not shy away from a new edition around 1979.
